Brazilian Marcos wins Mohammed VI International Circuit Tennis tournament
Marrakech - Brazilian tennis player Daniel Marcos won, on Sunday, the fourth and final stage of the Mohammed VI International Circuit tennis tournament held at the Royal tennis club in the city of Marrakech.
In the final game, Marcos bested Algerian Lamine Ouahab in three sets 4-6, 7-5, 6-2.
The winner of this round will amass 110 points in the world ranking.
In the double men event, the title went to Spanish players Ruben Ramirez Hidalgo and Santiago Ventura who took over their countrymen Alberto Martin and Daniel Munoz-De La Nava in two sets 6-3, 7-6 (7-5).
Spanish Marc Lopez, Portuguese Rui Machado and French Laurent Recouderc respectively won the three previous rounds of the tournament that took place in Tangier, Meknès, and Rabat between February 16 and March 14.
