Raja Casablanca (RCA) maintained leadership of Morocco's premier soccer league (GNF1), with 4 points ahead of Difaa El Jadida, following the 22nd day.

Rabat - Raja Casablanca (RCA) maintained leadership of Morocco's premier soccer league (GNF1), with 4 points ahead of Difaa El Jadida, following the 22nd day.

After three draws, the Greens (RCA) managed to win a precious 1-0 victory over Ittihad Khemisset to consolidate their position at the head of the standing with 44 points.

The Difaa El Jadida, which defeated Moghreb Tetouan, is hot on Raja's heels, with three points ahead of FAR Rabat which seem keener to regain leadership. The FAR won a last-minute victory against Moghreb Fez 1-0.

For its part, Wydad Casablanca, which had won five victories in a row to jump to the third position following the 21st day of the league, could not keep their victory over Olympic Safi which scored to draw 1-1. The Reds, which lost the third position to the FAR, would regain the third position if they will make the most of the postponed match against Hassania Agadir, this week.

In the bottom of the standing, Mouloudia Oujda and Chabab Mohammedia could not stop the rot and appear closer to the second division. The first lost to ASS Salé 3-0, while the second could not make a stand against further let-downs against Kawkab Marrakech and lost 2-0.
