Sports minister discuss means to bolster sports in Germany

Minister of Sports, Nawal El Moutawakil, who is on a visit to Germany, held talks, Monday, with several German officials on means to rev up bilateral co-operation in sports.

   During her talks with Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Christoph Bergner, Germany's leading sports parliamentarian, Peter Danckert and Special Adviser to the UN Secretary-General on Sport Willi Lemke, the Moroccan official gave an overview of the situation of sports in Morocco.

   El Moutawakil, also member of the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF), took part this weekend in the IAAF annual conference in Berlin.
